Requirements for Salesperson License:

Prior to the salesperson examination, a candidate for the salesperson license shall complete forty (40) hours of pre-license salesperson education.

  • A candidate must be 18 years and above.
  • He or She must complete forty (40) hours of pre-license salesperson education in a State Authorized Real Estate School taught by a State approved Real Estate Instructor.
  • He or She must take and pass the state administered Real Estate Salesperson Examination.
  • We offer the forty (40) hours salesperson pre-license education.

Tuition

$380.00 includes books and all handouts.

REFUND POLICY

  • Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee and minus $80 for cost of books if course is cancelled 48 hours before classes begin.
  • If there is a need to reschedule, Call School to rescheduleregistration 48 hours before classes start.
  • There will be no refunds issued after class starts.
  • There will be no refunds issued if student does not show upfor class
